  young women in location that sits at the left work station when you enter in at location was on a personal phone call on her cellphone the whole time while setting up my quote and quoted me on a certain quote every month of 401 every month and i call in to do a payment and now i find out my address was put in wrong and my monthly rates is 90 dollars monthly above my orignall quote . the wait time in that location is horrible also . maybe if she wasnt on her cellphone and actually paying attention to what she was doing and entering in the right information , and had some assitance and not being present in the bussiness by herself i would ev had a better experience tottally unsatisfied and to find out my rate is 90 more then what she quoted me is outrages ive already called the company and informed usagencies directly new staff is required there
